These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed through the online shop of Leilani Lingerie GmbH at
www.leilani-lingerie.ch as well as to purchases made in our boutique in Basel.

2. Scope
These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders for goods and services placed via the Leilani Lingerie online shop and to purchases made in our boutique.
By placing an order, the customer accepts the version of the Terms and Conditions valid at the time of the order.
Leilani Lingerie sells its products exclusively to end consumers and only in customary quantities.
3. Offer and Conclusion of Contract
The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer but an invitation to place an order.
By submitting an order, the customer makes a binding offer to conclude a purchase contract.
The contract is concluded once the goods are dispatched or a shipping confirmation is sent.
If a product ordered is not available, the customer will be informed as soon as possible. In this case, no contract will be concluded for the unavailable item.
4. Products and Illustrations
All product descriptions, images and information are provided with the greatest care.
However, minor differences in colour, materials or design may occur.
Product images serve as illustrations and may differ slightly from the delivered product.
5. Prices
All prices are stated in Swiss francs (CHF).
Shipping costs are shown separately during the checkout process.
For orders shipped to the European Union, the applicable VAT of the destination country may be displayed and charged in accordance with applicable tax regulations (for example via the IOSS system).
The price valid at the time of the order shall apply.
Leilani Lingerie reserves the right to adjust prices at any time. For confirmed orders, the price valid at the time of the order remains applicable.
6. Payment Methods
The following payment methods are available in the online shop:
- Credit card (Visa, Mastercard)
- TWINT
-Advance payment by bank transfer
For international orders, payment may also be made via SEPA bank transfer.
In the Basel boutique, payments in cash or by debit card may also be accepted.
7. Shipping and Delivery
Delivery usually takes place within a few working days after receipt of payment, provided the items are in stock.
Shipping costs and delivery options are displayed during the checkout process.
Leilani Lingerie ships orders to various European countries and to selected other destinations.
For international shipments, customs or import regulations may apply depending on the destination country.
8. Partial Deliveries
Leilani Lingerie reserves the right to make partial deliveries if this allows for faster delivery.
Any additional shipping costs incurred due to partial deliveries will be covered by Leilani Lingerie.
9. Returns and Exchanges
Items may be returned within 14 days after receipt of the order.
Items must be:
- unworn
- clean
- complete
- with original tags
- in their original packaging
Return shipping costs and risks are borne by the customer.

For hygiene reasons, certain items may be excluded from returns, particularly some accessories or opened products.
Refunds will be issued after receipt and inspection of the returned items using the same payment method as the original purchase.
Shipping costs are not refunded.
10. Gift Cards
Gift cards can be purchased online or in the boutique.
The balance of a gift card cannot be paid out in cash and does not bear interest.
Gift cards are transferable and can be used for purchases at Leilani Lingerie.
11. Retention of Title
Goods remain the property of Leilani Lingerie GmbH until full payment has been received.
12. Warranty
The statutory warranty provisions apply.
If a product is defective, we ask customers to contact us so that we can find an appropriate solution.
13. Copyright
All content on the website, including texts, images, graphics and design, is protected by copyright.
Any use without prior written permission from Leilani Lingerie is not permitted.
14. Data Protection
Personal data is processed in accordance with Swiss data protection law and, where applicable, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

15. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
Swiss law shall apply exclusively.
The place of jurisdiction is the registered office of Leilani Lingerie GmbH, unless mandatory legal provisions provide otherwise.
16. Final Provisions
Should any provision of these Terms and Conditions be wholly or partially invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
Leilani Lingerie reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time.
The version valid at the time of the order shall apply.
