At Leilani Lingerie, you can order easily and securely, either as a registered customer or as a guest. After completing your order, you will receive a confirmation by e-mail.

- Bank transfer (SEPA for EU customers)
For SEPA payments, please use our Euro IBAN (CH98 0076 1648 6474 7200 2). Any bank charges are borne by the customer. Any bank charges are borne by the customer.

Upon request, we are happy to gift-wrap your order (CHF 3.–).
Delivery within Switzerland
Shipping is carried out with Swiss Post.
Shipping options and costs:
- A-Post (1 working day): CHF 10.50
- B-Post (2 working days): CHF 8.50
- Midibrief (light items such as accessories or briefs, 1 working day): CHF 4.–
Orders are usually dispatched within three working days, provided all items are in stock.
Partial deliveries are possible if individual items are not available. Pre-orders are shipped immediately after arrival. Orders are delivered in neutral, discreet packaging.
You may freely choose your delivery address.
International Shipping
We ship to Germany, France, Benelux, Italy and Malta, as well as selected other countries.
International parcels are sent by post with tracking and insurance.

Non-European countries (e.g. Canada, approx. 7 working days):
- up to 500 g: CHF 22.–

For EU orders up to €150, we use the IOSS system. The VAT of the destination country is calculated and shown at checkout.
In most cases, no additional fees apply upon delivery. In rare cases, customs authorities may charge additional costs.

Missing or Damaged Items
If an item is missing or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately. We will arrange a replacement and provide a return label if necessary.
