Return Conditions
Returns are possible within 14 days of receipt.
Items must be:
- unused
- unworn
- in original packaging
Accessories (such as adhesive bras or bra extenders) are excluded from return and exchange for hygiene reasons.
Returns within Switzerland
Please contact us before returning any items so we can provide you with an RMA number and instructions.
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer. Original shipping costs are not refunded.
Refunds are usually processed within one week after inspection.
International Returns
International returns are possible within 14 days.
Please contact us before sending back any items so we can coordinate the procedure and avoid unnecessary customs charges.
Without prior arrangement, additional fees may occur.
For IOSS orders, we refund the item value including the VAT paid.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, please contact us before returning it.
In many cases, we send the replacement in advance so you can try everything at home and return unsuitable items together.
