How our lingerie is made

Fit starts with the cut
The development of our designs begins with one question: how should a bra be constructed so it truly fits a smaller bust?
Many bras are developed using a standard size and then scaled into other sizes. For smaller busts, this approach does not work. Proportions, cup shape and construction must be designed specifically from the start.

Designed from the start for small cups
At Leilani Lingerie, our models are therefore developed from the beginning for AAA and AA cups. New styles are shaped by our experience, conversations with customers and what we feel is still missing in our collection.

Involving our customers
Each series is tested with women who wear smaller cup sizes. We observe how the bras fit and integrate their feedback: how they feel, what works well and what can be improved.
Cut and details are refined until fit and comfort feel just right. Color choices are also guided by our customers, focusing on shades that remain wearable over time.

Materials & comfort
Material choice is equally important. For smaller busts, we can work with softer fabrics, delicate lace and lighter constructions.
At the same time, we aim for a balance between shape and naturalness. Light padding can create a beautiful silhouette while still feeling natural.
This is how our models are created: with fit, materials and details carefully aligned.
Production & Responsibility

Made in Europe
Our collections are designed in Switzerland and produced in a specialised lingerie workshop in Romania.
We work closely with our production partner and follow each step of the process with great care.

Materials & selection
All fabrics, lace and components come from Europe. We focus on quality, comfort and durability.
For swimwear, we use recycled materials and lightweight spacer inserts.
Part of our collection is made from organic cotton, another from regenerative cotton. We work with partners who share our values.
